- All deliveries require a signature.
- Before completing purchases, make sure that your order is correct, because after clicking we can only issue a store credit.
We would hope that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return an item, please adhere to the following policies:
- All returns are for store credit, on garments that have not been worn, washed, altered, & still have the tags attached.
- Store credits are good for 6 months. In order to redeem your store credit please send us an email with a detailed description of what you’d like to purchase, and your store credit number. ( It may facilitate the process if you attach a copy of your store credit authorization). We will be happy to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. We suggest that you require a signature & obtain a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- All accessories, lingerie, outerwear, special orders & sale items are final sale.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for shipping returns back to the shop.
- In the event that an item’s availability is listed incorrectly due to a typo, we hold the right to refuse or cancel your order.
- In the even that an item’s price was listed incorrectly, we hold the right to cancel or order.
